No Samplitude installers in my product section

I have been in contact with support but still can't get a resolution to my issue. Hoping that they email with further instructions soon, but for now this is my issue:

I have no download links to install my Samplitude Pro X3 Suite program in my account. Like other users, I have the serial numbers but no download links. I was given a link from customer support, but all of the links that I try to download tell me that they are updates and that I cannot install them until I have Samplitude X3 Suite installed. So I am still trying to find a way to get my software that I have serials for installed on a new laptop. I have seen the other forum posts on this topic, but the links provided (to a page with downloads available) go to a dead webpage.

What am I missing in terms of trying to figure out how to get downloadable installers for my programs that I've paid for?

This was the response from customer service:

"Until the Samplitude and other MAGIX pro-audio products are fully integrated via the Service Center on our regular main website, you can find the download installers for these various products on a special pro-audio download page we set up here:

That's the link they sent me via customer service - when I try to download the different installers for Samplitude X3 Suite, I get the following error message after trying to install:

"To execute this installation, you must first install Samplitude Pro X3 Suite"

When it first tries to install, it says it's the Samplitude Pro X3 Suite update, which has me wondering how I get the actual exe of the program itself.

Any ideas? What am I missing?

Under the link above you'll find a 6.9 GB iso-file of Samplitude Pro X 3 Suite. Did you try that already?

@W_STK

As pointed out by @SP. the lowest numbered version, 14.0.0.0 is the program. The others are the various patches. Look at the file sizes.

Once you have the program installed, you can update to the latest patch normally. You do not need to download and install each patch.
