Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @Petko-Hinov. Usually, a reinstall replaces the missing or corrupted MP3 codec.

If you have another version of Sound Forge (or Vegas) somewhere you try copy/paste the mp3plug2 folder from Program Files> SOUND FORGE (or Vegas)> FileIO Plug-Ins.

Otherwise I recommend uninstall / reinstall.. but uninstall using a third-party uninstaller that can remove left-over registry entries and other pertinent data the OS uninstall leaves behind.
Revo Uninstall and Geek Uninstall are two unistallers that have pro and freeware versions. FWIW, I am a long-time Revo user
