Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Which product have you bought, and from where? If it was direct from Magix you would have received an email confirming the purchase and including the necessary serial number. if the purchase was made from a third-party seller, you need to ask the seller to resolve this problem because Magix will have no record of your purchase and so cannot help you at all.
