"No Loops Available in Your Selection"

Hello!

I just purchased Music Maker Premium 27 today and I have been having a lot of problems accessing one of the soundpool packs that I downloaded (Tropical House). It seems to download fine, but every time I attempt to access it after downloading, it tells me there are no loops available in my selection. Then, if I restart the program, I only get 3 categories of loops (Bass, Brass, and Drums), not everything that it says the pack comes with (FX, Guitar, etc.). When I look in the public documents folder for where the files are stored, I only see the three categories of loops and not all of the ones that are supposed to be included in the pack. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 7559 (i7 6700HQ, GTX 960m, 8gb Ram, 500GB Crucial SSD)

Try uninstalling and deleting all of the program data, if there's any saved files or projects keep them on a USB drive, reinstall the software and sign-in when it finishes installing. Re-download all the purchased soundpools.

@Former user

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Did you notice you had posted to a thread which is already more than one year old? Please do not resurrect old threads. It is almost inevitable that the OP has either solved his problem or decided to carry on without a solution since he/she has not posted anything else to the forums.

This thread will now be closed.
