After installing the new version 29, it did not import any of my previous version sound pools, instruments...nothing at all. During the install, it said if I removed the previous version, the new version WOULD import previous content. It didn't.

You need to log in to the store and you'll be able to download all your content. I think you can rescan soundpools and it should pick up all the ones on your computer.

Thanks. Instructions are unclear and actually not correct. Downloading is not the same as importing. So now I spend all day downloading (slow internet) files I already have/had. This is going to be an hours long upgrade. Really tacky. I just gave Music Maker kudos on my Pinnacle Studio Users group, and now this? Shame on me.

@frank-ward

Did you rescan your Soundpools as Graham said? The initial installation doesn't know where they are, so you have to go there.

This is 64bit version and it has to get you all new 64bit instruments.

Did you activate any previous Plus/Premium codes?

browj2...no, did not rescan soundpools, they are downloading now, along with instruments.
