No Download Link

Hello, I bought the Sound Forge Audio Studio 365 through your online shop. It said I should receive a confirmation email with a download link for the product. However when the confirmation email came it only gave me a serial #, order #, and a message saying there had been an error and to click on the support link to correct the problem. But it did NOT correct anything. The support page makes no sense and only has preprogramed questions none of which have anything to do with me not receiving the product I PAID FOR. Give me my download link OR give me money back! It needs to be easier to get a hold of a person! I've been dealing with this for over an hour now. You have no phone # that I could find and no form of live tech support.
