Hey guys so i purchased the software and never got a download code or order confirmation, but i was charged. Ive never scene a company have no way of getting in contact with. Had i known i cant contact them i would have not ordered there product. If anyone has any idea on what to do please let me know.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Assuming your email address was entered correctly on purchase, you will have been sent an email with a download link and the Serial number within minutes of completion of the purchase. Check the spam folders of your email.

If the email is not there then contact Sales through the Support link at the top of the page.
