I very recently bought Music Maker 2023 Premium through your website and just noticed that in the shop area of Music Maker an ad was showing that buying Music Maker 2023 Premium you would also get Sound Forge (Which I got) and CoreFX - which I DO NOT seem to have gotten :(

I thought I was contacting Magix directly like a support, hadnt noticed it was a forum :P
Imma leave it here in case someone else has an answer while waiting for support to respond

@Kenneth-Knudsen If I remember it correctly Core FX was included as a bonus software since the beginning of last week, but not before. If you bought Music Maker last week, you should have a serial number for Core FX listed in your order confirmation e-mail. Magix regularly changes the bonus software for its special deals. It depends on the time you purchase a special deal what you get as a bonus.
Hi @SP. I went through my mail to check and I bought it Nov 27, I got 2 mails with each 1 serial key, one for Music maker and one for Sound Forge, no mention of CoreFX and it is also not to find in my purchases page.
I bought it through the website and not the app and the website doesn't even mention CoreFX as a bonus only the ad in the app does - but it's the same price...

Did you install Music Maker 2023?
Are you logged in?
Did you then activate Premium Edition 2023 on the startup page in Music Maker?
Did you check under the Downloads tab in Music Maker 2023? You probably have stuff to download there, like CoreFX.

Did you look under Object Effects as shown below? As soon as you activate Premium, some things get installed or unlocked:

As indicated by @SP. CoreFX may not have been included when you purchased. It is included now but Sound Forge is not shown as included. Did you get Sound Forge Pro of Sound Forge Audio Studio?

This is from memory as I'm not near my PC until later:
There were a few cFX_"Something" I tried adding one and it told me to enter a key, start trial or buy.
On start up/welcome screen where you can enter a key for Music Maker it says Music Maker 2023 Premium
I got Sound Forge Audio Studio 12.6
It doesn't mention CoreFX on the website, only in the desktop app - on your picture in the shop area where it says "Black Weeks Musik Maker -77%" it also say "+CoreFX free addon" for the same price on mine?

Okay so I double checked, I have a bunch of CoreFX at the top of my list, clicking one - it asks me to complete registration before the software can be activated, clicking Activate now - I get three choices:
Enter serial - Which I dont seemingly have, Get full version and Start trial version.
Everything else on (this) list works and doesnt ask me to activate

I heard back from support - apparently CoreFX was supposed to be part of the deal on the website as well but for some reason wasnt included, but I got a key through support so im happy :)
