No Confirmation Email

Hi,

I purchased Sony Acid Music Studio 11 from your website last night but did not receive a download link or confirmation email? I have checked my junk email and there is no link there either

I can see that payment is pending to come out of my bank account so I have been charged, can someone help me please?

I’ve tried to email support but I’ve gotten an automated response saying my message couldn’t be delivered. Does anyone have a direct email I can message rather than trying to navigate the support pages, which I’m clearly having difficulty with

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not any sort of contact for Magix staff.

So, essentially, no-one here can help you, sorry! You could try to use this email address, sales@magix.net, but I have no idea whether using it will get your message through.

How long have you actually waited to see if the email confirming your purchase does arrive? I think you should allow about 24 hours from the time when you made the purchase before you begin to worry. Normally, emails from Magix Sales arrive very quickly but it is possible there are server problems delaying them.

Incidentally, the product you bought is Magix Acid Music Studio 11, not Sony... Magix took over the complete Acid product line, along with most of the Vegas product line, several years ago.

Kalberti, somethings to look into: when you wrote "from the website", you meant Magix.com? Because you wrote Sony music studio. And do you multiple email addresses? Do you think you may have used an alternate email address to complete the order? And as John CB wrote, have you thoroughly checked your spam box, any other inboxes that may be available in your email? Has the money been withdrawn from your account? If so, who was it withdrawn by?

Because when you make a purchase, the email is almost instant. At least that was the experience I had luckily.

Thank you for your reply. I don’t have numerous email addresses, it would only have been delivered to the one I use and I have I checked the junk/spam folder with no joy.
 

User @emmrecs corrected me before about my use of “Sony”, the software that I purchased was Acid Music Studio 11 for £34.99, payment has been taken from my account by Magix Software GMBH but I have not received the product, as you can imagine I’m disappointed by this

A little update for anyone interested, I’ve heard from Magix, all is resolved and they’ve re-sent my confirmation email with the download link attached.
