No Audio at all

I've tried everything I can think of, I'm using ASIO4ALL. And still getting no audio, it picks up my line in, and my midi keyboard but I don't get any playback or any sort of sound at all. Here's what my asio4all and audio/midi settings look like

The only time I can hear audio out is when I use the Direct sound option, but then I don't hear live playback through my line in.

What am I doing wrong? Please help, I'm at my wits end.

Dear @Howard-Hickman,

try to activate the Realtek HD Audio Output. Or do you have conneceted your speakers/haedphones via SPDIF?

I'd tried both previously but it had a red X on asio4all, now it no longer does, and my audio works. Thanks!
