No Audio after few attempts

I use the Music Maker 2016, and bought a couple more soundpools last week. My audio isn't working with the new headphones I bought (there is activity of the bar moving in the graph though,) but there is no icon in the volume mixer for Music Maker.

I tried to reset to the default settings, and that just made it worse, and deleted all my soundpools I had with the software, minus the ones I just bought.

I've tried a few attempts of different things, and still nothing, and now without the original soundpools it comes with. What can I do to fix this so I can get back to work on my projects?

Hi

. . . . My audio isn't working with the new headphones I bought . . . .

Are these USB headphones and you previously used headphones with a 3.5mm plug on?

If so then with the USB headphones plugged in, open the Playback control panel, and set the headphones as the default playback device.

Also check in Music Maker program settings that the headphones are selected as the playback device, and that you are using a the Drirect sound driver as shown below.
