In addition to your activation serial, you must also use the email address you used when you initially registered SFP-16 because they are paired The log-in to this forum and the log-in for your 'Magix My Products' could be different.
If you cannot recall the email address used, request a Magix support ticket or email customer service: infoservice@magix.net .

Thank you for your comment. I use the same email but again i have the same issue. The program says wrong serial numbers. Any idea please?

@George-Karanastasis Maybe you have installed the incorrect version? This would be Error-14.
