NewBlue FX in MAGIX

Hi. Problems with NewBlue FX. Have an account but do not get the effects to work in my MAGIX program. Grateful for help.

Exactly which version and variant of MEP do you have? You can check unders Help>About.
Exactly which NB FX do not work?

Did you go to the New Blue website and create an account and register the products?

When I register the product, I get this message.

Hi. First crop that image before someone steals the serial number of your product. Invalid or not. Then you will lose control of it. Never give out codes or personal information on a public forum.

I see it the image has been removed by a forum moderator.

Then get in touch with New Blue as suggested as they are the probably the only people who can sort that out.

Explain what you are using it with and how you got it. It is possible you left the registration for longer than the 90 day limit for registering third party effects as explained in the email that came with your program download.

In which case you may have lost it for good.
