Hey guys, its been at least 2 weeks + since I've heard anything about fixes from the last update.

I still have to register my program online everytime I boot it and it seemingly crashes for absolutely no reason. I'm in the middle of some pretty important projects right now and they said they would have it resolved in a week about two weeks ago. I know it's probably hard to work during covid, but some news or an email would be nice. This has been majorly inconvenient as it has been probably for the past few years. Honestly feels like we should get the updates free but there are probably strong legalities from third parties preventing that (which I understand). Still feels like I've been ripped into buying unreliable software and felt slapped in the face when the newer updates would also cost much more. I understand that there is money to be made and employees to be paid, but the problems have been so far and wide it's disheartening. I love this software and do not want to stop using it.
