New machine

I have Music Maker and Music studio 2015. My computer went down and I got a new one. I installed music maker and entered the registration code and password. It seemed to recognize the new computer and asked if I wanted to transfer the registration to the new machine. When I said "Yes" it told me I could not do it. What are my options?

I don't know about Music Studio, but with Music Maker. . . try doing a login with your email address.

@Hassan-Rasheed Please log into your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and then go to "My Products". There you should be able to deactivate the installations on your old computer.
