Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. As such, I suspect no-one here can help you with your activation problem. You need to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to raise a Support Ticket.

Also, depending upon which exact version of OSX you are running, are you aware of this pinned post?

Thanks Jeff. I'm getting really frustrated. Going through the Support Ticket just loops me around to "help yourself" that fails. Cannot get anyone on the phone or email making my investment worthless. Not sure how to proceed but too expensive to give up.
