When I try to play I get - An error has occurred while starting playback The request i snot enabled for this device.

When I try to record I get - An error occurred while recording - The system is low on memory. You may be able to reduce memory usage by closing other programs.

Discovered I have to right click - run the program with administrator privilege's.
