@PickMe Your version is 2023 (internally the version number is 31). Your unlocked editions are displayed in the welcome screen after logging in. You need to wait a little bit, maybe a minute until the editions are displayed. The upgrade advertisement can be disabled with the gear icon. You can ignore it.

Hi,

Not sure what you mean by "each time I open the program it asks me to upgrade again." Give us a screen shot.

Thanks for the reply’s. Checking my version, it’s 28.0.0.12 so I guess it’s not the Music Maker 2023 Premium upgrade I thought I was downloading. Explains why I get the pop up to upgrade again each time the program loads.

At this point I’ll start over, delete everything, download again reinstall and see what happens.
