New computer then copied Magic Music over how can I make it work

copied Magic Music over to new laptop how can I make Magic Music work ? it said can't read DLLAV64.dll file. can anyone help.

Assuming you literally mean 'copied Magic Music over'

You cannot 'copy over' the program from one computer to another - it must be installed, you can download the installer from your account at magix.com - it should be available under My Products..

You can copy over the Soundpools to the new computer if necessary, however they may download and install when you activate the new version.
