Did you just have the free version? This does not need a serial number.

Hi....I did pay for the software and I also logged in. It is requesting reactivation which would be normal when changing the CPU.

My account will show that I have/bought the software but doesn't display the serial number or activation code.

I can't find contact info for tech support that can assist.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
