Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, can we establish that you have been able to successfully register the new installation of Music Maker on your new PC? Which version and edition do you now have? Is it listed in your Magix account?

Where did you buy the problematic soundpool? I have never seen any part of the registration process asking for the serial number and the place where i purchased, especially the latter request! Serial Number yes, place of purchase, No.

So, any additional information you can give us would be very helpful!
