New Computer

I uninstalled Sound Forge 3 from my old computer, and installed it on my new computer, but it says the S/N is assigned to another email. How can that be? My order number is: Removed by Moderator. Why it's not registered on you site I don't know.

Sound Forge 3 ???. That old version did not need to be registered and used a code that was on the CD disc label or jacket. Nor did it use an e-mail address for the user. Are you sure you have Sound Forge 3?

I do not know if that can even be installed on Win 10 PCs, FWIW, I installed SF 4.5 on a Vista PC and that ran normally

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Harley-Cook. This a public forum so do not post serial codes or other personal info.

@Harley-Cook Are you talking about Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 3? You just need to enter your old e-mail. Then it will work. If you want to change the e-mail in your user account or disable the installation on your old computer just visit https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and login with your old e-mail address first.

Yes, and I found the problem. When I ordered the SFACL 3 I used an email that I normally use for personal emails. It's working now.

Thanks
