I have Audio Studio Sound Forge on my old computer and want to get it onto my new computer. I have activation code but system says have never bought anything.

What version number of Sound Forge AS are you using? Try using the same email address that was used when you purchased and/or originally registered Sound Forge AS. . The serial code and email address are paired for Magix 'My Products info, downloads and activating. The same applies to the legacy SCS (Sony) versions. If all this fails, you can contact Magix Customer Service or email them at: infoservice@magix.net . FYI, this is a users forum and no one here has access to customer product serials or other info.
FYI, Sound Forge and most Magix products can be activated on two (2) PCs simultaneously. One of them can be deactivated though and reactivated on another PC if the need occurs (this does not apply to the Magix 365 subscription model or the legacy SCS versions).
