still no serial code or download, program is going back to Best buy tomorrow!

We are not Magix. We are users. This comes up a lot with Best Buy purchases. I'd suggest contacting Best Buy as they supplied the program and must be responsible for providing the serial number. Best Buy seems to be an expensive way of buying the program.
