2. Ability to take two 3-D sources in 3-D mode AVCHD and swap L from camera 1 with L from camera 2, and then align them.

This is the only way you can do special effects shots if you do not want to switch between 2-D and 3-D recording on the JVC GY-HMZ-1U.

Otherwise you have to render the left as flat, render the other left image from camera 2 as flat and then have MEP 2013 sync them. It would be great if  this process was automated.

3. Better interface for alignment of stereoscopic images, like stereo photo maker (free on the internet).
