@chris-Byrdy You can always try to reset the program settings by holding CTRL and SHIFT on your computer keyboard and double clicking on the program icon to start ACID. Then a small window should appear where you can reset the settings and clean the cache.

You can also try to ask customer support at inforservice@magix.net if they can give you a license for ACID 10 because 11 is not working for you.
