I am trying to download and install sound forge 12 pro set up for windows 10 OS but it is not working. I have downloaded setup from My products list, it is showing soundforgepro12_dlm. But it is not installing. Kindly help us to install sound forge 12 pro.
hi @Next-Education, can you give more specific information on exactly what happens when you try to run the installer? that would be helpful to know.
Hi @craig-d, when I click on soundforgepro12_dlm file it is showing sound forge pro 12 setup wizard. I selected sound forge Pro 64 bit and click on continue. It is showing please wait until the installation components are downloaded completely. After that it is not proceed further.
@Next-Education Hello! Your firewall is blocking the download. The easiest way is to disable it temporarily. Or you could change the firewall settings by hand.
If the above recommendations do not help, respond and I can give you a WeTransfer link to download the unpacked SFP-12 installation files. However, your PC could block WeTransfer as well if the firewall is the root of your dilemma.
