Need scrolling text

I have Photostory Deluxe 2017. I have two photos that I want to add scrolling texts with written vows. How do I go about it?

Create a title with the text and set the animation direction and duration (controls scroll speed) options circled in image below.

Then use fx, View & Animation, Size & Position, Position (left and top) to place scrolling text in the correct location on screen.
