need help with product

hi. long time ago i purchased magix music maker. cant remember the exact version. now im seeing only older versions of the software on my magix service center info. but i think i had purchased a newer version. i dont have any information local stored on my pc about the purchase time-date-version etc. i have only a download link for the version 2015 on service center and some other versions listed. but they dont have a download link or serial info? how can i solve this problem?

@ersoy-ylmaz Download and install the newest free edition of Music Maker from Magix.com and install it and login with your e-mail and password. It should automatically detect the features of earlier versions registered in your account.

Next, if this doesn't help you, you can only contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for assistance by telling them your personal information. Maybe they can find another account or purchase in their database.
