Okay,
So I purchased the feature "More Tracks & Formats" And I Downloaded it, & Installed it. Shut down the program restarted my computer. and it is still not showing that i have this feature. I know i purchased the feature cause it shows it in my bank account. So how do I get this feature to work?

Open the project settings and if you see you can have up to 99 tracks as shown belwo then the features are installed.
The 'formats' part adds in support for more audio formats including mp3.
If you are using the free version of Music Maker - you would be better off buying the Plus or Premium version to get all the features, see the version comparison here, in the long run it will be more economical than buying them piecemeal.
