Need contact for billing problems

I agreed to a phone solicitation to sample a 6-program set of XARA Magix software. I found the Xara Photo & Graphic Designer that meets my needs and I really like it, so I wanted to return the remaining programs and receive my refund. My credit card company has proved by letter that they have sent payment, but Legacy folks deny receiving it so they won't refund my money. They are not responding to my emails and when they email it is to tell me they can't get thru by phone. I have asked repeatedly that if phoning is a problem, please just use email to get the issue resolved. Since July, I have sent 28 emails looking for some kind of resolution but the only reply I get is that they can't reach me by phone. It appears you may be a separate entity, but I am just looking for some way to contact them. At this point I just want to send back everything and get my money back. Can you help in any way or just point me in a direction that might lead to resolution so I can get my $200 back!

@Carole-Anderson

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

I think we need to know exactly who Legacy folks are!

It would seem, from what you write, that you were phoned by a software reseller (?Legacy?) with a Magix software bundle, which you paid for, but eventually decided to keep only Photo and Graphic Designer. You returned the remainder and now wish for a refund of the money paid for those returned items. Is that correct?

If so, I don't think anyone here, nor even Magix staff, can help you but I do fully understand your frustration if this matter has ben unresolved since July.

I'm guessing you are in the US, I'm in the UK but if I were in this situation and given how long this been going on for I would be seeking qualified legal advice as to how to proceed with the matter.

You are exactly right. Guess I've been officially duped.
