need color!!!

I'm working with a digital camera samsung VP-D3810 Pal and using the Magix system Films on DVD 7, everything is perfect except that once transfered on my computer, with Magix and the key given, I can't see my video in color, only in back ad white. Is there any solution now?

Hi,

How exactly are you importing? Are you connecting the camera via FireWire/IEEE 1394 and using the DV capture option in the program or are you possibly connecting the analog outputs of the camera to some kind of analog capture hardware? Just making sure...
