Need access to download software

I am publishing in hopes that I can be assisted with my request.  I purchased this software on 3/26/16 and the email used for this order to access the download link has been defunct over 3 years. I now need access to re-download the software to my new devices.  Is it possible for me to get a new link and product key to gain access?  I have a copy of the order confirmation but could not upload here.

Never post order information, product serial numbers, or any other confidential information in the forum eg email address, contact number etc - you may lose control of your product.

Unfortunately that email did not work. I was sent an auto response staring that my email cannot be delivered. Is there any other way to reach someone?

You should be able to login to your account at magix.com with the old email address and password - click the My Account icon top right of the home page

Once logged in select User data, then use the Change password and Change details button to change your password and email address.

Select My products to find your registered product serial number(s) and download links.

If you have any other Magix products installed and registered to the old email address you may need to re-register them again.

It is the official address. It's listed on this page.

I'd suggest checking the address you used.

@johnebaker thats the issue John if you read my initial post that email is no longer in use (I do not have it anymore-no access to that business email) but I know it was the email used to purchase back in 2016..Thanks anyway

You do not need access to the old email address - you only need it to login to the your Magix account with it and the password - as I posted above.

The only time you would need access is if you have forgotten the password. This when you have to contact Magix as stated above to get the registration email address and password changed.

@johnebaker Thanks again John, I do not know the initial password for the email used when I purchase the software back in 2016. The email address is now defunct so I have no access to retrieve anything. I have the purchase confirmation with the email used where the link was sent to thats why I need to get to customer service to see if they can just change that info to my current email. I just need to get to speak to someone and this is the pain point right now. The emails given to reach CS is to no avail.
