Seasons Greetings @paul-t4618aulieT, look in your Spam/Junk folder(s)? Emails from Magix can end up there.

It's not in Spam/Junk folder!

Email sales@magix.net or shop@magix.net .

I tried again using my Gmail account and received the required information.

It's strange that Magix would be filtered by my ISP! Maybe Magix should fix this!

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Anyway, I tried Sound Forge Pro and had a couple of instances where Sound Forge Pro simply disappeared while editing a file. I only lost a couple of edits each time when I restarted Sound Forge Pro.

I'm currently using Sound Forge Pro 10, and it has some issues. Since Sound Forge 17 also has issues, I decided NOT to buy the new version.

Very un-impressed with Magix.

Hi

. . . . It's strange that Magix would be filtered by my ISP! Maybe Magix should fix this! . . . .

This is 'an issue' with GMail, I have had emails from many sources delivered to my GMail inbox 15 - 30 mins after they were sent.

The only show-stopper with SF Pro 10 is the 'Elevated Privileges' issue, which typically occurs on (some) PCs after a Win 10 update. There are two work-a-rounds for that though.
I am not sure if this is an issue with Win 11.
