I need to download a slideshow, but it's asking me to login into xara hosting, I do not use that service. I have never been asked to login when using the features of my license. Why now?

Was the website, you are trying to download from, created with Web Designer (XWD)?
If so, and you are not using Xara web hosting, which hosting provider are you using - the Publishing settings in XWD should tell you which?
How are you trying to download the slideshow ie are you using XWD if so how, or an FTP program such as FileZilla?
Do note that XWD does not create any HTML for the website until you Export or Publish the website. The program is using an intermediate means of creating the site on your PC which, in turn, means you cannot just download what is on the Internet and expect it to import directly into XWD and have it work.
