Need a refund or new Serial Number for Music Maker 2021 Premium

It's so hard to actually contact someone on chat, email or phone with you guys. I need to ask for a refund or if you guys can resend me another 2021 Magix music Maker premium Serial Number to download. I upgraded and bought 2021 version at the end of August of 2020 last year. I kid you not I have had issues with the program since day 1 it always freezes and It closes the program and says the installation folder may be damaged. with all this being said I haven't been able to use the program at all since I bought it PLEASE HELP?

I need a replacement or a refund if possible I live your program but it freezes too much all the time and kicks me out. attached is an image of what pops up...

We're users not Magix so us "guys" can't send you anything. Besides the technical support it's quite easy to find the correct email address for things like refunds.

Why have you posted the same question three times??? Duplicate (or triplicate) posts are not going to achieve anything except to label you as a potential spammer. Your other two posts have now been hidden.

Also, if you bought the upgrade to MM Premium 2021 last August, why are you only now posting to the forum to ask for any help? As for a refund, I doubt very much whether you will receive one such a long time after your time of purchase.

However, the error message suggests you might try reinstalling the program. Have you done this? With what result? And if you haven't attempted a reinstall, why not?

Hi

From the information given this sounds like your Antivirus (AV) program is causing issues with the installation and running of Music Maker.

Use Revo Uninstaller to remove the program, scan and clean up the registry and files left over, before re-installing with your AV program Folder protection/Ransomware/Real time protection feature turned off.
