my wibu dongle is locked how do i unlock it

I'm not at all sure what your wibu dongle has to do with any Magix program like Samplitude?

I apologise if I am missing something obvious but perhaps you need to address the question to Wibu Systems support page here.

This dongle doesn’t let sample program open it’s like a key and it’s locked I need to know what to do with it I did call WIBY systems and they ran a test and said to call Samplitude Magix they need to unlock it

Thanks for the additional information.

However, I am still puzzled. Samplitude does not require the use of a USB dongle, correct? Exactly which sample program doesn't open?

I understand that this dongle is a security key, to ensure that the associated software can only run once purchased and licensed, but I honestly don't see what that has to do with Magix.

Samplitude used to have a dongle but this requirement was removed. However I believe it's still an option to use a dongle if people use the program on multiple machines.
