if your film is already 'jumping' slightly at some points during playback in the previewer, then burning this won't help. Are you using different files from different sources, and the slight jumps occur only at specific points where file types vary?
Maybe only when you are applying different effects?

If I were you, I would log on to Magix Support, and get a syscheck from them. it can save a lot of time, as there really are a lot of things to choose from here.
