I received a Fastcut video program on dvd. I installed it on my personal laptops, but it didn't have enough memory. I tried to install it on my good laptop, but the error code said, could not register. I'm VERY frustrated
Is there anything you can do?

Second, I see you have created two separate threads about the problem. Please don't do that either; it creates problems for users who might have advice and suggestions to offer but are unsure of which post to reply to! I have closed the second thread.
Next, please read this post and give us the full details about the computer you are attempting to install the app on.
Sorry about all the "requests" here, but I am not aware that Fastcut was ever available on DVD so can you also tell us exactly where you bought the app from?
And finally (!) I suspect it would be very helpful if you could post a screenshot of the actual error message you receive or, at least, its full wording.
