My software i purchased online through barnes noble doesn't have a serial numer in email, and why isn't their a contact that has me so frustrated. my school email it was sent was, email removed by Moderator.

Which software did you purchase?
When purchasing from a 3rd party supplier you normally get a voucher code which is a sequence of blocks of characters usually separated by hyphens.
If you have this, redeem the voucher here the serial number will be sent to you by email.

First, please do not post ALL IN CAPITALS since that is considered to be the forum equivalent of SHOUTING and may dissuade other posters from replying to you!
If you have purchased the upgrade to MMS 2025 twice you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explain what has happened and request that they refund the cost of one of those upgrades.
