Hi

There are 2 possible causes for this:

  1. Windows is blocking access to the USB converter - in Windows Settings, Privacy , Camera and Microphone options - Allow desktop app to access camera (microphone) should be turned on.

    If you still cannot access the converter -
     
  2. Windows may have installed the wrong driver version for the program - see this article and download and install, as described, the appropriate drivers for the converter - do check that your antivirus does not block the installation.

If neither work come back with more details of your system, program and what you see - screenshots would help - see this topic for what is required.
