My MEP2015 is a piece of crap

bgreenawalt2002 wrote on 9/27/2016, 10:45 PM

I have wasted hours and hours editing, burning, looking for solutions to my problem, trying  solution, editing, burning, troubleshooting again, and all I end up with is a DVD that does not play in a DVD player because the "format is unsupported".

I now have enough "coasters" for a small party and I am no closer to finding the problem than when I started.

I purchased this program to make home movie DVD's, not waste my time and money trying for hours to fix this garbage.  When I gave you my money, it was to solidify a contract between us that you would supply a useable product.  You did not meet your end of the agreement.

Hi,

This is a user forum, no one here works for Magix and you did not give me any money.

You could have posted a question here, following the indications as to how and what to post, and someone could have helped you. As it is, you have not given any information for anyone to be able to help. Do you want to try again?

Give your OS and computer info, version number of MEP and indicate if you have basic or Plus/Premium version, screen shot of the project parameter and burning parameter screens, etc. Are you burning to PAL or NTSC?

Lastly, use a rewritable DVD. When you have a version that works, then burn to R DVDs. Less coasters that way.
