My Graphic and Photo Designer keeps giving offset exception errors

RuthHeasman wrote on 9/3/2021, 10:19 AM

I’ve upgraded to the latest version and it’s still giving me constant offset exception errors and won’t even access the clipboard to copy and paste an image. It keeps crashing out and won’t allow me to do any work at all! I have various versions installed and none of them work suddenly. How do I fix this?

What you might want to do is head over to here: https://www.magix.info/us/support

When you do, they are going to want to know details about your PC, OS and build number, are you your drivers up to date. Are your disks free of any errors?, etc

@RuthHeasman

Hi

. . . .  I have various versions installed and none of them work suddenly.  . . . .

That would suggest the problem is associated with Windows or your Antivirus, what changed on your computer between working and not working?

What is your computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote the processor and graphics card/chipset make and model in full.

What error messages are you getting, screenshots would help.
