My free credits are gone after updating to latest version

I purchased the upgrade to the 2022 MM Premium, which I typically do every year. At the time of purchase I was given the usual allotment of store credits to get additional Soundpools, Instruments, what have you, but I had only redeemed one Collection Credit in the store and then was away from the program for a while. Upon my return today I was faced with a program update, which I installed, but now all of my store credits are seemingly gone that were not spent. Does anyone have any ideas or am I going to have to contact Support outright to get this resolved?

I most definitely am. Checked that first, should have mentioned that

That gave me an idea that did solve it though. Load the program, log out, which forces the program to reload, and then log back in, credits are there, Thanks Graham-Hawker for the idea.
