I purchased the upgrade to the 2022 MM Premium, which I typically do every year. At the time of purchase I was given the usual allotment of store credits to get additional Soundpools, Instruments, what have you, but I had only redeemed one Collection Credit in the store and then was away from the program for a while. Upon my return today I was faced with a program update, which I installed, but now all of my store credits are seemingly gone that were not spent. Does anyone have any ideas or am I going to have to contact Support outright to get this resolved?
