My Files are not opening to reinstall

This is my first time reinstalling Acid Pro 5 or 6 since Magix has taken over the product line. I have tried 100 times to download these files and have them installed. I need these products for use and it has been over a week of asking why these applications will not install off your website. I would use the old box version but they need a activation code. Your activation in your login needs a ComputerID which doesn't say what you guys want for that?

Operating system is windows 7 home 32bit. never had issues before using these programs.

Why have you started a new thread with your question?

I think we all fully understand your frustration but there really is no point at all in starting this new thread since this is a user to user forum and there are no Magix staff present here. Please continue the discussion in your original thread. In that thread another user has given you the email address for Magix Customer Support; please use that to contact them.
