my downloading loop option is gray... i can't click it

i have installed acid pro 8 and tried to download loops by clicking help..
but option to download loop is gray.. i cant click it.

Have you purchased AP8 and registered its installation on your computer? Until you do this, the option to download and install the additional loops will not be available.

So, if you are running any trial version I think the additional loops will not be available.
