My Casio camera uses Mov. fil. How can I import those in my Magix M. E. Pro 14 Plus?

Well, the MPEG-4 codec in Movie Edit Pro is for various MPEG-4 container formats (e.g. MP4, 3GP). It wouldn't be relevant to Quicktime/MOV import, which is a separate container format, even if it does contain MPEG-4 material. Generally, MOV/Quicktime import is also supported by Movie Edit Pro, but you need to establish what codec the material you have is using and make sure that the required codec is installed on your system. A Quicktime update might help.
