I upgraded to Magix Movie Studio suit 2022 and in using it it does not match the instruction manual the Title edit screen is noting like the manual an other things. I get a free upgrade to 2023 is it available yet.

Which program did you upgrade from - Magix Movie Edit Pro, now called Magix Movie Studio, or from Vegas Movie Studio 17 or earlier?
If you upgraded from Movie Edit Pro then the title editor is as shown on page 93 of the PDF manual - if you do not have the correct manual it is availalble for download under Help in the program.
However if you upgraded from Vegas Movie Studio 17 or earlier then you have an entirely different program.
Vegas Movie Studio development was stopped by Vegas Creative Software about a year ago.
In order to fill the gap of a missing product Magix released Movie Studio 18 which was based on Movie Edit Pro.

Exactly which version of Movie Studio did you upgrade from? If it was version 17 or older, you have moved from Vegas Movie Studio to Magix Movie Studio Suite 2022, which is a rebadged version of Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium and hence, to you, a "new" product. If this is the situation for you, you are not the first to be caught out by this change!
Can you show a screenshot of the page where using your software does not match the instruction manual? I assume you are referring to the pdf manual?
The 2023 version has not yet been released, I believe, but is expected anytime soon.

I upgrade Move Studio 17 Platinum thinking I was still with Sony. I received Magix Movie Studio Suite 2022 Ver. 21.02.138 UD3 code 5930 KAI. So it appears my upgrade was for some Hybrid vesion? Can I upload a screen shot here?
Just a couple of "corrections" to make first, if I may:
To upload a screenshot, click on the upwards-pointing arrow in the blue circle in the header of the answer/comment box and navigate to where the image you wish to upload is saved. Once selected, the forum software will automatically upload the image and add it to your post.

- Magix Vegas Movie Studio 17 is not and never has been a Sony product! Sony sold the Vegas line of products to Magix several years ago, long before MS17 was released.
- Nor is Magix Movie Studio Suite 2022 a hybrid program; it is a completely different program to the Magix Vegas Movie Studio which you have, as previously explained.

They are the same the only difference is some text changes and the dialog is not fully open as options that require the extra controls have not been selected, ie those indicated below
