@beth-hall Open the Samplitude system settings and re-import the default settings there under the import/export option to reset the program. Maybe this will help.

You could also try to run the installer again and repair the installation.

I attached a screen shot. I checked "default settings" in import/export program settings. If I click OK, nothing changes. If I click save, I appear to need to name the file or save it to a folder. How do I proceed from the point in this screen?

@beth-hall You need to select the preset from the drop-down-list at the top or by clicking on the open folder button.

I clicked import/export settings. I clicked preset files which checked default project settings and project templates. I clicked the folder icon on the top right and this screen opened. What do I do from here?

@beth-hall This is how it looks for me. I just needto apply the Pro X4 settings to reset my program settings.
