Hi

if you registered the software then you can retrieve your serial number as follows:

Go to the Magix website (magix,com)

     Click My Account - top right of home page.

     Login with your account details ie the email address and password you registered the product with.

     On the left side select My Products

This will take you to a page containing all your registered products and serial numbers and, if the product is still supported, a download link.
